1 Membership & Access
Tayoun Gate operates on an invitation-only, members-only basis. Access to properties is granted exclusively to approved members. Tayoun Gate reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose reasons.
2 Privacy & Data
All member information and booking details are kept confidential. Tayoun Gate does not share personal data with third parties. Members are equally expected to respect the privacy of other members, property owners, and staff.
3 Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are arranged directly through Tayoun Gate — not via third-party platforms.
- Payment is required in full prior to check-in via Whish Money or OMT Pay.
- Prices are communicated per booking and may vary by property, season, and duration.
- Payments are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
4 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. Tayoun Gate reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5 Property Rules & Conduct
- Members must treat all properties with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
- Smoking policies, pet policies, and maximum occupancy vary by property and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Illegal activities on any property are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate membership termination.
- Respectful, considerate behavior toward neighbors, staff, and other members is mandatory.
6 Liability
Tayoun Gate acts as a management intermediary between property owners and guests. While we ensure quality standards, Tayoun Gate is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or events beyond our reasonable control. Members are encouraged to secure their own personal belongings and travel insurance.
7 Community Standards
Tayoun Gate is built on mutual respect. Any form of harassment or disrespectful behavior toward other members, property owners, or staff will result in removal from the community. We maintain a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone.
8 Modifications
Tayoun Gate reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
